Kris nailed it with this formula. Not only does it taste amazing (and yes, it’s addictive), but he also managed to source the cleanest amino acids available—ideally fermented, just how it should be.

I especially love that he uses stevia instead of the usual junk like sucralose or aspartame. This is a 10-star product in my book. Absolute must-have.

I tried Longevity Essential Amino Acids for 11 days and the orange mango flavor is delicious! I feel good!

Great Balance for a Intra-Workout Supplement for me. Balance is tough with some Intra products - not with Longevity EAA. For me it works "with" my Pre-Workout and doesn't add to what I want in a pre-workout. It gives me the extra focus part for my workout. (I have no idea if this makes sense to you or not but #IYKYK) Additionally I've done workouts with the BH2K Pre-workout with L-EAA and without - I prefer them working together. I will take BH2K 45 to 30 minutes prior to workout, and then start on my Intra as I head to the gym - about a 5 minute ride. Try this product.

Longevity EAA has become part of my regular routine, not just for workouts. I use it during training for recovery, but also on days when I'm feeling physically or mentally fatigued and just need to bounce back faster.

The muscle recovery is noticeable, less soreness, quicker turnaround between sessions. What surprised me is how much it helps mentally too, on burned out days it takes the edge off and helps me reset. I've also noticed I sleep better on days I use it.

I take this everyday. During every workout, after every run. Lemon Lime is my favorite. Pink lemonade second. Strawberry colada... Nope. I love the ingredient list and dose. I would love to see a lightly caffeinated version kinda like Kaged used to do in past. Oh, and bring Orange Peach Cranberry online!

Love these EAA’s they taste amazing! I add 3 scoops to my gallon jug for getting my daily hit of eaa’s throughout the day. My favourite flavour is the Lemon Lime Sherbet. Ive tried other ones but this his been my go to since I tried them.
