It’s amazing how much of a difference I actually feel during the day when I take these vitamins. No brain fog or lack of energy.

Only been taking this for a week but i know from other brands my body is absorbing the vitamins and not wasting them down the drain.

I've tried a handful of multivitamins over the years and mostly felt nothing — maybe placebo energy for a week, then back to normal. Longevity Multi+ is the first one where I noticed a real, sustained difference. More consistent energy through the afternoon, less of that 3pm crash, and I generally just feel sharper day to day.

What sold me on sticking with it long-term is the ingredient list — it's not just a basic RDA pack, there's real thought put into the dosing and the forms of each nutrient (a lot of cheaper multis use forms your body barely absorbs). You can tell it's built for actual healthspan/longevity support, not just "checking the vitamin box."

It's not the cheapest option out there, but a few months in, I'd call it worth the investment — I'm not replacing it with a drugstore multivitamin at this point.

I rarely leave reviews, but now having been consistent on this product for several months and getting blood work results back, subjectively and objectively Longevity Multi has positively impacted my daily life. All my blood markers and micronutrients look great and I generally feel better when taking it, so if it’s in the budget or you’re looking for a great all-rounder product for health optimization then look no further.

I don't know if this is anecdotal to me - but ever since I started taking this supplement (multi); my health has been almost perfect. I have 3 children that are in preschool/kindergarten/2nd grade. You know they are cesspools of disease and bring home everything. But this entire fall and now new year my health has been great. While they are sick I was not. Before that I was taking Universal Animal Pak and the REDCON1 MedKit and a couple different versions of random Vitamin Shoppe Multivitamins over the last 6 years. NOTHING compares to the health boosts that I have witnessed from Longevity in only 4 months of taking it. Again - anecdotal probably. My experience most likely. But take my review for what its worth - this stuff is expensive....that is a negative. So after my final package I'm going through, I don't know if I will be able to swing another 4-pack which I purchased during launch. So the price will not knock it down a star for me because it works. Hands down best multi on the market bar none!

An outstanding product well worth the money it has helped my over all health. I am so glad I tried it. I would recommend this to anybody who likes to take vitamins.

Awesome product. The main benefit I have seen is a big improvement in my digestive system/ bowel movements. I don’t know if it’s the digestive blend (because I’ve tried quite a few) or it’s filled a hole in a deficiency I’ve had but I know longer struggle with IBS. I look forward to seeing what else comes with continued use!

Everything you need in a daily health pack without using cheap ingredients

I've been taking Longevity Multi+ for about 2 weeks now. The multivitamin/mineral absorption is way better than others that I have tried. Everything else in the daily packets I was already buying separately. Now I can get them all at once. I have way more energy and I feel much better overall. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

So far so good. It’s nice to not have to store & get out all the diff supplements . These packs work great. Convenient & actually saves you time & money in the long run.

Really haven’t been using it long enough to be able to give 5 stars, but on the recommendation of Hunter Williams I trust it will be exactly what I need. I will say that I cannot take the Omega capsule. It makes me burp up sardine taste and upsets my stomach. I wish it didn’t! But I take the rest of the packet. I love that they are prepackaged for each day.
